The Engineering Department

Groupe SILICOMP has prestigious customers in the Manufacturing and Research market such as Renault, Aerospatiale, Thomson, Schneider, Dassault... Our Engineers provide Services and Software Solutions for the world's leading hardware manufacturers : SUN, IBM, HP, Bull and Digital.

The Product Department

Groupe SILICOMP has diversified its activity in various different areas in order to provide its customers with State-of-the-Art Technology such as Network Products and Multimedia solutions.

FORE Systems Products : Groupe SILICOMP was one of the first French companies to take advantage of the new ATM technology. Silicomp distributes the ATM and Ethernet products from FORE Systems, an American company, a leader in this market.

The VideoBOX Family: Groupe SILICOMP's VideoBOXes have unique features, which digitalise and restitute animated pictures (PAL or NTSC) and audio ( DAT or CD quality) over ATM networks.

APPLI-BUS: APPLI-BUS was developped in close collaboration with the most prestigious European names in the automotive and aeronautic industries. APPLI-BUS is a Object Oriented Middleware which allows seamless integration and cooperation in Industrial Applications, Computer Equipment and Computer or Industrial networks.
