60 % of our business is based on fixed price contracts, within the framework of projects with performance commitments (adherence to planning, budgetary framework, defined schedule of functionality deliveries).  Our command of project management is based on significant experience in assisting project managers/customers as part of major projects and programmes.

We propose to send you an engineer with a suitable profile for a specified time for technical assistance.  We have selected and recruited each of our personnel in a rigorous manner, not only based on their technological expertise, but also and especially because of their human qualities and their capacity to integrate a dynamic team sharing our project and values.

Services related to the setting up of technical and technological training constitute a significant development area for Groupe Silicomp services.  Whether you require inter-company or specific training aimed at assisting any company in its expansion, our team of engineers/trainers with significant experience in providing training activities, seminars and trainer coaching is able to intervene on different levels:

•  Upstream, by conducting a personalised study of the needs of a company on generic subjects or specific subjects: the study is made in partnership with our customer and consists in defining a comprehensive training plan after assessment of personnel to be trained.
•  Technical assistance, using case studies based on on-going industrial projects for which personnel to be trained need to quickly assimilate skills to be implemented.
•  Skill acquisition, through generic training programmes with implementation of specific results.
